Emma Davies

Emma was born in Howick, Auckland but moved to Cambridge with her husband and two school-aged children, when the lure of country life and a more community spirit was too much to resist.
She spent many years in the hotel industry before embarking on her OE in Europe for 6 months. Most recently she spent 9 years working for a transcription company with its head office in the United States, so Emma was well-versed in the ‘working remotely’ gig before Covid pushed us all into catching up with her. She joined Markplan’s administrative team in June 2023, and divides her time between working from her home in Cambridge, to spending time in the office each month when she drives up to Auckland to join the office team.
Being relatively new to the Waikato area, she and her husband Simon love exploring all that the Waikato area has to offer and of course they are both kept very busy with the boys’ sports activities and social lives, and in the summer you will mostly find the whole family at the beach.
