Established by Mark and Cheryl Smith, the Practice began as a sole practitioner, home-based business, with purpose-built offices in the East Coast Bays. The Practice is still on Auckland's North Shore, based in Rosedale, and carries out Structural and Civil Engineering consulting work in the wider Auckland Region, across New Zealand and further afield in the Pacific.
Under the leadership of Chris Steven and Glen Cossey, Markplan continues to deliver a high quality, practical and awesome service to our long standing and always valued client base.
