Faith Underwood
Structural Engineer
Faith has lived on Auckland’s North Shore her entire life and now finds herself working there as well after joining Markplan’s Auckland office. She began as a student intern in 2022 and continued to provide support to the Markplan Team during her University studies until completing her degree and being invited to bring her skills to Markplan as a fully-fledged Structural Engineer. Having got to know Faith over the past two years, we were all thrilled that she said ‘Yes!’.
Faith keeps very fit by training at a Cross-Fit gym as well as doing cross-fit competitions, so she will be a strong contender in any arm-wrestling that might take place in the office to sort out who is getting the last beer in the fridge or that last piece of cake.
Faith also enjoys spending time at the beach with friends so living near the sea is something she loves about the North Shore.
She is looking forward to expanding her engineering knowledge to become a great structural engineer and she loves the fact that when she walks into the office she is surrounded by people with very similar goals to her own.
