If you're a BE-qualified Civil Engineer with CPEng status and a minimum of 6 years of post-grad experience in New Zealand, and have the skills to lead others, this opportunity could be for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of civil engineers in a diverse range of residential and commercial projects
- Collaborating with our tight-knit, fun-loving team and valued clients
- Acting as a link between our Wānaka office and Auckland office for civil design aspects
- Driving excellence in engineering design, site supervision, and team mentorship

What You'll Bring
- Provider of practical solutions, site supervision and quality review capabilities
- Sharp attention to detail and a solid grasp of local body guidelines and National policies
- Excellent communication, report writing, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in Civil3D, HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS or other flood modelling programs, and other design tools is a plus
- A mindset that never walks past a standard
