Born and raised in Auckland, Ben joined Markplan as a structural engineer in 2025 after graduating from Auckland University. He thoroughly enjoys the challenge engineering brings and thrives on solving the problems each project throws his way.
As a massive sports fan, Ben is always up for a game – whether it's surfing, rugby, golf, or cheering on the Warriors (Up the Wahs!). Family’s a big deal for Ben and with seven siblings, it kind of has to be! It’s loud, lively, and always entertaining.
Living local to Murrays Bay, Ben makes the most of the nearby beaches. You may actually have spotted him at one of them as he was a lifeguard during previous summers for the Northern region.
Ben is keen to develop his professional career and build on his engineering knowledge and thinks Markplan is the perfect place to do that!
