With many years of experience in office administration across the Telecommunications industry, Lusia was ready for a change and eager to join a close knit, successful and friendly company on the North Shore and Markplan is living up to that expectation!
Born and bred in Auckland, Lusia now resides in the Waiwera Valley on a lifestyle block surrounded by stunning native bush. The area is home to regular visits from Tuis, wood pigeons, and even kookaburras, along with the occasional pesky possum. Lusia's “touch of paradise” is shared with 30 sheep, 3 cats, a parrot, and a dozen big goldfish.
Outside of work, Lusia enjoys antiques, DIY projects, and gardening. Life is always “glass half full” in their household, which is filled with music, movies, laughter, and banter. There is also plenty of creative energy from their two adult sons - one currently pursuing a Master’s in Anthropology, the other refining his filmmaking skills to be a movie director. Lusia's partner works at the Naval Base with a mechanical engineering background. With Waiwera Beach just 10 minutes away, there’s always an opportunity to enjoy a stroll by the unspoilt coastline - a perfect way to unwind!
